4.1 Select solution for work based problems.

There are various kinds of problems faced by me on regular basis as a Customer service assistant. Handling customers is one of the biggest challenges as different customers having different mind sets. Handling frustrated customer who lost his bet and demand for money back. In this situation it is not easy to handle these kinds of customers as they are not ready to listen or understand the things conveyed to them (Hu, et. al., 2013). In this situation it is very important to remain calm and listen effectively to the points of the customers and then when he get finished try to make them understand with the polite and effective language. While making  communication and information  need to take care of the using adequate vocabulary to calm down the customer and make him understand about the situation. By taking politely helps in satisfying the customers with effective level of benefits (Hu, et. al., 2013).
