Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
  • The client provides valid evidence that the service delivered did not meet the agreed requirements, such as:
    • A grade of fail on the submitted work (with proof from the institution).
    • Delivery of incorrect or incomplete content as per initial instructions.
    • Non-delivery of work (excluding delays caused by the client).
Refund Request Timeline
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of delivery.
  • Any request made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email or WhatsApp us with:
  1. Your full name and order ID
  2. A brief explanation of the issue
  3. Supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, official grading, email correspondence)
Refund Processing
  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
  • Partial refunds may be offered based on the nature and extent of the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete instructions provided by the client.
  • Delays in submission caused by the client (e.g. delayed information or missed communication).
  • Plagiarism or academic penalty not resulting directly from our submission.
