In the present study the discussion would centre on the elements of dynamics between processes and function of the enterprise, monitoring of performance and implementing measures for improvements and the significance of abidance by the health and safety regulations within the workplace. The context of ABC Company would lend a practical day-to-day business backdrop to the discussion for the purpose of understanding the implications in the real life situation.
1.1 Evaluation of interrelationships between functions and processes of ABC Company
It is the effective functioning of the processes and functions of an enterprise that drives the entity towards success. Hence the enterprise should never cast off their glance from the functions and processes and must engage them in an intertwined fashion for achieving the most efficient operational platform for the enterprise. ABC Company has a mission to provide ultimate employment solutions in all the sectors across all kind of job verticals and hence their hierarchy and the processes are effectively designed to support their organisational objective. It must be noted that the mission statement must always remain aligned with the objectives and hierarchy of the enterprise. The key objectives of ABC Company are:

The three different levels of the hierarchy are operations, research and development and product marketing levels, which has ensured that the enterprise functions in a democratic pattern offering the required independence to each of the employees, so that the objectives can be followed by them. The processes that are followed by the placement company have helped in the implementation of strategies in an effective manner for the achievement of objectives (Keuskamp et al, 2012).

Management process – This process ensures the effective management of the entire system. Through this process the aspect of corporate governance along with a smooth functioning of all departments are ensured within the company.
Operational process – This process makes it sure that the operations within the enterprise are dealt effectively. The centralised operations help in the accumulation of data and information from all kinds of available sources which are aimed at the realisation of the objectives of the enterprise ( Kehoe, 2012).
Supporting process – The most important element of the supporting process in ABC Company is the human resource. As effective management of the human resources can lead the enterprise towards phenomenal success and growth hence the placement company lends utmost importance to the management of human resources within the enterprise. The company utilises the best methods to recruit the talented and the proficient employees and trains them up adequately to address the needs of the enterprise. The importance of the finance section cannot be left unacknowledged and hence as a part of the supporting process it assists the enterprise in allocation of financial resources among different kinds of jobs and avenues in the most effective manner (Wheelen and Hunger, 2011).
It can therefore be said that the structure and the processes are weaved into each other along with the objectives and this has helped the enterprise in creating a relation between the functions and processes of the enterprise thus helping in the fulfilment of its objectives.

The best way of selecting a manner in which the process can be mapped becomes possible in the presence of an understanding of the elements of control for such a process (Sallis, 2014). Therefore it can be summed up that the gateways of quality that is in operation within the enterprise has effectively evaluated the process output that has been put into use by the enterprise.

The key section of ABC Company is the research and development wing as it facilitates the identification of the sectors of employment apart from the conventional arenas that has a steady demand as more and more candidates are exploring the sectors offering alternate choices in career options. Time based – by the end of the next fiscal, the company would introduce more blue chip companies from the vocational sectors in its data and thus make provisions for larger volume and wider scope of employment among the job seekers.
