We are one of the nurseries in the area that makes sure that the well-being of the children is the priority of the management of the nursery.

We not only cater to the well-being and the health of the children but we also make sure that they are provided with proper meals that are nutritious and healthy and at the same time we also take care of the entertainment for the kids.

We have all the means which keep the kids entertained and also at the same they ensure that the kids get a good way learning new things.

We ensure that the people learn hat all they need to learn in their daily life. this is done by one of the best teachers that are available to us.

  • The High Five Nursery is there in the market to not just focus on the goals of the profit and make a place in the market but to also make sure that we help the parents that need help to care to needs of the children that cannot get the attention that they need at home while their parents are out working during the day. This happens to be one of the main functions of The High Five Nursery.
  • But in order to make sure that our services are the best among what are already available in the market we have to make sure that there are many other functions that we perform.
  • We provide health and safety and nutritious meals to the children to ensure that they have a healthy and an energetic life.
  • Our supervisors are there are make sure that the kids are well taken care of and that they feel comfortable in the premises of The High Five Nursery.
  • We have all the means to make sure that the kids have a good time in the nursery and they make good friendships at the same time we also teach them good manners and basic social etiquettes.(Covey, 2012)

The mapping technique of the Intel Case is choice in which the nursery decides to have special rules laid out as per the preference of the kids. The first and the foremost thing that has to be done by the management of the various organizations is that they have to understand the needs and the demands of the people and this can be done by conducting the various surveys and interactions and also by using the secondary sources of information that is available over the internet. Once this is done the management will have to make an inventory of the resources that are available at the disposal of the company and ensure that they used in the parallel lines of the demands of the people. The last thing will be to offer the products to the people in the right manner with the right amount of publicity and advertisement and also attain the feedback and the suggestions of the customers to make sure that whatever has been done by the company has been successful. In The High Five Nursery we also have to face certain limitations and as a manager, it is my duty to ensure that we are able to overcome the limitations and we are able to perform our best. It might be an issue for us to accomplish the goals that we have set in the Gantt chart because since our area of operations is very small, we do not have enough resources at our disposal o divert them towards another direction to attain the goals that we have set in the Gantt chart. In the business world, there are definitely some rules that have to be followed by all the organizations and these rules have been laid down by the government and the national authorities to make sure that the people that are involved in the market are safe and sound. In the similar way, there are many rules that have been laid down for the nursery sector and it is the duty of the management of the various nurseries to make sure that they follow all the rules to the best of their ability so that it is for sure that the life of the children is in safe hands and they are healthy and well taken care of at all times(Wiman, Helander, and Westland, 2002). As a manager of The High Five Nursery, it is my duty to make sure that the children are well taken care of at all times and they are able to provide for the needs of the children and at the same time we also have to make sure that whatever we are doing is in the lines of the rules laid down for the sector. This includes proving them a safe and clean environment and healthy food and beverages. When it comes to the welfare of the people involved in the business, the government of untied kingdom has laid down many strict laws that have to be followed by all organisations at every second and these laws revolve around the health, safety and environmental measures. 4.2 Develop a check list / audit of key risk factors that might affect the nursery

In order to make sure that my organization of The High Five Nursery is the best in the field of nursery caring and also that along with the status that we have in the market we are also able to live to the expectations of the parents that leave their children in our care. To make sure that we do not miss any point that might be important, in this part of the question I will make a check list that will help me to remember to cover all the points and once all the points will be covered we will be able to have a good and successful nursery.(Vaughn, 2006)

  • A clean and hygienic business environment in which the children are safe from catching all the infections that runs in the nature.
  • To provide the children with good and healthy meals that will take care of the nutrition demands of the children and at the same time make sure that the meals are prepared as per the tastes of the kids.
