Introduction
The responsibility of growth in a completely different market by a specific integration towards social media and human resource management is a great idea to provide success to a small business that has a low rate of adoption. The complete scenario is based upon a specific moderator which collects the data and has a specific literature study that bases skills helps and analyse the complete stage the organizational processes and provides a specific technique related to Artificial Intelligence and deep learning that provides a complete basic understanding towards the purpose of pushing small different businesses in the direction of growth. Artificial neural network architecture is deeply implemented over a specific model which is proposed to provide 91% of predictions to be activated in a showing a specific data and result which provides some or other understanding with the better criteria of progress and prediction which is perceived through different models of the support management system. The advantages which are considered over specific integrity within the social media implements more growth and is related to the Enterprises that perform multiple business activities to stand strong in the market at this hard time of covid-19 and other some activities such as Brexit that has affected the market growth in multiple places.
Discussing Blue Apple contract catering is a company that provides catering services in the UK based upon some different cafes and restaurants. The overall management is based upon qualification and other skills and techniques which are employed to provide a better workplace to Cater the complete business of food which needs proper safety and security with all documents and result in a perfect business while implementing some other ratios of organization and customer about which is according to the growth sustainability and appraisal of new design and actively employed co-workers.
This organization going through a problem that is related to some specific assistant towards a recognized authority and other categories which are based upon the prices and providing the company a rising star towards their better engagement in employees by providing multiple activities.
The problem projected by blue Apple was related to the inconvenient activities which are faced by the staff and the complete response is based upon a better place to work by providing some better Screen Awards that can be appreciated so that all the activities are managed. A proper system and Framework is required which is discussed for the in this report to overcome the problems faced by blue Apple catering service.
Literature Review
The author (Md SAJJAD Hosain, 2021) the complete responsibility is important as a social media network and other websites too to interact with other human resource management practices. All the practical application is based upon a specific guideline which is related to the efficient activities on a specific social media platform that influences multiple activities of business marketing and integrated social media activities with the effective existence of organization promotion and all other established focus accumulated resources according to the hiring of professionals and effective management of the human resource (Ali Abbasi et al. 2022). The initial activities which are circulated among the complete scenario are based upon the effective use of information technology and its evaluation that is Managing all the activities of different departments and functional responsibilities towards social media networks influenced by other influences and popular networks. Authors (Yan and Musika 2018) discuss how social media affects the growth of SME's business discussing the complete Framework which is related to the description of effective popularity which is based upon the social media spread over worldwide. Some of the customer activities can help the company to be recognized and as per the sales and profit of the employed activities and other organizations based upon the customer range with their network details and social media activities that can help in better Recommendation of the organization.
Some problems are faced by the organizations while integrating themselves with the human resource management and other activities related to the search and social media engagement towards the companies and other organizations which have some or other engagement activities related to the growth of the business.

The theoretical framework discussed by the author is based upon a specific theory that defines and illustrates all the business aspects that help in better engagement of social media and other customers responsible towards a specific approach to illustrate society a better plan with the proper description of concepts and ideas that provides a better identification and recognition of all the activities. This is a completely e-link business infrastructure that has a specific requirement of social media components with the proper communication and coordination of Information Technology Services planning all the support and improvement activities to enhance the production.
Authors (Fraccastoro, Gabrielsson, and Pullins, 2021) as a specific integration with complete strategy and techniques of social media describing the gradual changes and involvement in different forms in the market to implement all multiple functionalities. These are engaged with business-to-business markets clarifying all the dynamic pens related to sales and other processes which has a proper implementation of techniques and innovation considered within.
The article presented by the authors has a specifically grounded theory that illustrates an approach of engagement towards the intention of performing communication within some specific groups by using tools related to the small and medium-sized as there is a specific strategy and culture which is followed within these organizations, to begin with, the proper growth and effectiveness of multiple proximities is related to some specific rules and regulations according to the responses and digital communication activities based upon regular development skills (Arjomandy, 2016). This paper has a specific structure that provides a better understanding of social media and its use to enhance complete communication within the organization. There are some specific digitalization activities based upon the communication level that helps in scrutinizing various employees and gives a support system to the organization and its human resource management department that helps in classifying and communicating within the organization and has optimization skills related to proper communication. Communication over specific messages and markets that are shared within the social media platforms provide a cute way of communicating and generating multiple thoughts and content that is related to the business growth and environmentally favourable for the business growth and helpful in the functioning of sales and profit management by managing all the SME's with the proper engagement and operations of business-to-business plant and Framework according to the relationship requirement with the customer and the organization. There are multiple formats of analysing the grounded theory which is implemented and developed according to a specific approach of collecting information from the market has acquired growth and deeper knowledge towards the insights of the phenomena which through a predominant internationally sale which is related to better organization and specific theme management of sales and profits.

The complete force needs to be modernized according to the Rapid growth of cultural and technical activities that has some specific procedures and new methodologies that can be implemented to generate business growth with the help of social media activities providing a specific operation and has Data Analytics which is related to the communication activities that compensates and specialises maximum amount of work considering the efficient and productive way. The basic challenges which are faced at the time of digitalization by multiple enterprises which are small or medium in size are the implementation of HR solutions digitally that can create a mess around financial constraints that need a specific requirement and management of activities resulting in the best HR solution with the growth of business and other activities in the organization. There are some ineffective and unsynchronized data based upon the platform processes and the cost which is dependent upon the digitalization and the acceptance towards the organisation within this digital shift which is integrated with the risk of losing the relevance of some skilled employees.
There are multiple small and medium sized enterprises that are owned and managed by multiple employees who are significant and skilled in their specific department of engaging the customer with the organization by the help of customer relationship management that is affected and impacted by the social factors (Journal of Small Business & Entrepreneurship, 2018). The overall management is based upon the realization of product and their growth required to enrich multiple resources and constraints towards some specific requirement including all the calculator indicators related to the constraints based upon resources and management of Enterprises. There are some long-term activities based upon the constraints benefiting the complete realization and the effectiveness of CRM indicators describing all over research-based upon capabilities and automation which is a stained according to the social media impact and factors affecting the growth and organizational studies to provide a cultural change in the activities which are being conducted on the daily basis in that organization (Olanrewaju et al., 2020). There is a specific growth which is been observed after the physical implementation of social media activities based upon some specific critical theory after analysing all the methods of the search in a specific domain and clearly identifying the Framework which is to be integrated to enhance the scenario. The complete investigation of entrepreneurs is based upon the market trends and other activities which are based on the business networking theory that can lead to it outcome-based upon studies that are related to social media research providing a better impact and information about entrepreneurship according to the market requirement and needs.
