SUMMARY

The leaflet is the overview for the teacher by concerning students’ feedback and problems they have faced during online classes; both teachers and students are following the huge challenge in the e-learning and teaching practices. Communication barrier is commonly found and the challenges caused the education and learning much practices affected. Online classes were the only option left due to the covid-19 outbreak and to run these practices in continuity this practice applies to several communication praxis practices involving voice, hearing, writing, reading, performance and witnessing or, more generally, doing something that includes messages in a medium or situation. In that culture and practices, the word communication is used (or its counterpart in some other languages).

Online communication refers to the practice of individuals and devices, including the Internet and the digital medium, can connect via a computer, laptop and other devices and network. There are chat rooms, video conferencing, audio conferencing, email etc. Even during this pandemic situation online medium of communication possessed both; positive and negative impact on almost everything. Especially in the educational sector; e-learning was the significantly prominent sources where students and teacher could continue the educational practices. There are certain advantages and disadvantages of online communication:-

In any possible method or ways, online communication through audio, video conference services is cost-effective since the services involve a computer or a mobile connection along with internet access. A person only needs to spare time, money to drive internet connection and optimise devices, stay costs and so on for a physical meeting. The use of the web conference choice regularly offered tremendous benefits for digital connectivity. As the teachers were using only online and web connectivity to ensure their teaching; the online meeting, the link for the various video conferencing rooms through the application was seemed to be not secure, it is no longer new technology. The technology for web conferences has advanced tremendously and guarantees perfect accessibility from all over the world. For both official and personal use, an individual can use the online lecture services because you can use multiple applications to initiate a virtual meeting.

The efficiency of an organisation, enterprise or any company depends more or less on the simplicity of communication and smooth flow of information among employees at different levels with minimum possible communication challenges. While interaction is typically carried out via email, telephone or instant messaging, immersive visual video conferencing provides a better alternative. It gives critical visuals which can be interpreted and collaborated properly by employees and clients over a long period. This means quicker decision-making, time-limited execution of initiatives and higher efficiency. But rather facing all such advantages; of online communication, students have gone through various kinds of challenges- internet, technical, noise, language and physical barrier. Although these certain elements were unavoidable and the most commonly occurred due to various reasons and in this way the communication and educational approach seemed to get affected and it caused demotivation for both teachers and students.
