Enterprise culture is a work environment that has the potential to motivate the employee to work towards the organizational goals and objectives (Lam et al., 2021). Creativity is defined as the mental ability of the employee to imagine new, fresh and unique ideas (Mallia, 2019). It is one of the important aspects of the enterprise which get boosted whenever the organization implements a positive work culture in the company. Innovation is understood as the method of transforming forward-thinking fresh thoughts into actions, items, activities, or procedures that provide value (Benraouane et al., 2021). Innovation is almost similar to that of creativity which also gets enhanced whenever the leader or manager of an organization implements rights leadership and management style in an organization. The enterprise culture has significant importance in the company as it has the potential to inspire the employee of an organization. Enterprise uses different leadership styles to motivate the employees. Situational leadership, Transactional leadership, transformational leadership style is a few of the leadership style that motivates the employee to work towards organizational growth. The negative enterprise culture demotivates the employee and they failed to work towards the aim and objectives of the organization. Recognizing the employee and rewarding them for their outstanding performance is a part of the work culture (Edmondson, 2018). This inspires the employee to work with more zeal and enthusiasm. Understanding the situation of the employee and providing them with proper guidance is essential which is a part of the enterprise culture. A healthy and positive work culture promotes creativity and innovation in the organization. Creativity plays a major role in organizational performance. If employees of an organization are motivated then they feel more positive which enhances the productivity of the employee. The motivated employee works creatively and innovatively. Creativity and innovation help the organization in improving social and economic development. In order to enhance the organizational performance, it is essential to motivate the employee and this can be possible with the help of the implementation of healthy work culture. This will enhance the creativity of the employee.

Enterprise culture, creativity and innovation are interconnected with each other. The work culture of the organization should positive and friendly as it has the power to influence the employee of an organization. The positive and friendly work culture of the enterprise motivates the employee to work hard towards the organizational goals and objectives. The motivated and satisfied employee thinks creatively and tries to produce excellent work for the organization. The creative employee has the ability to innovate new things for organizational growth. The friendly work culture of the organization gives birth to creativity and innovation. Creativity is considered as the mental ability of the employee. If the employee is stable and happy then that person could be able to think creatively. The creative person often comes up with innovative and unique ideas that help in the organizational progress (Chesbrough, 2019). The innovative person transforms forward-looking ideas into real-world commercial goods and services. The transformation brings the incremental revolution in the organization and it creates a substantial impact on the organizational progress. For example, if the person is able to think creative then it’s because that the person has the forward-thinking ability and this could be possible if the organization has a positive and healthy work culture. The relationship between enterprise culture, creativity and innovation have substantial importance as it contributes to the economy of the organization as well as the country. These key elements are considered as the value addition factors to the organization as well as an employee of an organization. The corporate environment aids in the smoother recruiting process and enhances the firm's vitality, allowing the organization to develop commercially robust and reliant. Enterprise culture assists personnel in dealing with difficult situations and in reaching their goals, which together make a significant contribution to the business's economic development. Corporate cultures leaders and employees in fostering emotional wellbeing, as well as allow for the development of a balanced connection between staff and the company's administration. The positive work cultures enhance the productivity of the employee and that is directly connected to the creativity of the employee as an employee can think creatively if and only if they are working in a positive and healthy enterprise culture (Asif et al., 2019). And it needs to understand that it is difficult to develop an innovative organization if the employee of an organization doesn’t have the creativity. Also, without positive enterprise culture, the staff of an organization can not think creatively. They are interlinked with each other. The absence of positive work culture in an organization could lead to bad performance of the employee as well as the organization. The strong relation between these three factors leads to the success of the organization. The absence of creativity could hamper innovation in an organization. This is how enterprise culture, creativity and innovation shred the relation.
