Therefore, the system of cloudcomputing provides a various range of solutions for the alignment of the computingresources to improve the functionality with perfection.

1.2 Rationale

Cloud computing is considered as a concept that is perfect for the management of information and communication technologies with higher efficiency to manage the activities to make significant progress. Although, there have been several factors that are influencing the quality of the cloud computing applications, as the security of the process is lacking on a large scale and a high probability of data theft is occurring for the organisations. Apart from that, lack of expertise in managing cloud computing is another major area that is required to be focused on by the organisations like ASDA to improve their management system using cloud-based systems. In the opinion of, Odun-Ayo et al.,(2018), the major concern for the management of the data in the cloud is to ensure authorisation, authentication, confidentiality and integrity of the system to improve the security of the transaction process. In support of that, ASDA should be commencing the research to find the proper functions that will be improving the quality of the cloud-based systems to improve efficiency. On the contrary, Basuet al.,(2018), indicated that trusting the cloud service providers (CSP) is one of the major functions for the organisations that can be defined as the major driving force for the users to adopt the cloud-based services to improve the quality of the process on a large scale. With the assessment of such factors, the following research will be made to highlight the key factors that hold significance. Hence, this study has been undertaken to bring light on the significant areas that have been influencing the efficiency of the cloud computing systems to manage business transactions to improve the accuracy in the process.

2.3 Overview of Cloud-based database management system

The storing of organisational information in an offside server with the specific vendor looking at the entire management and control of the data operates as the basic concept of the database management system. The concept of a cloud-based database management system relies on an online platform that utilizes an efficient framework of data transactions. The cloud-based Database management system delivers a proper backup strategy concerning different data and information acquired by the company (Odun-Ayo et al., 2017, p.103). The capability of the cloud-based database management system to constantly orient the different data and information into supervised status also enables the organisation to implement extensive functionality like consumer profiling and identifying improved target audience that can be used specifically for the marketing purpose. The cloud-based database management system can also enhance an organization's internal operation’s efficiency that can be used for improving the productivity aspects agreements related with the organisation. This technological Framework is consistently utilised to enhance the business transaction performance that is observed within your organisation. The entire architecture cloud-based DBMS remains focused on the specific utility aspects that are being utilised by the organisation. The entire mechanism has to consistently outline based on the differential Cooperative capabilities that constantly focuses on improving the progressive capabilities of the organisation.

2.4 Factors affecting the integration of Cloud-Based DBMS integration

The cloud-based database management system alignment with several factors which significantly impact architecture as well as the performance within the implemented framework. The cloud-based DBMS utilizes multiple components that maintain specific dynamics based on the scaling of the organisation that has been implementing the specific technological framework. Factors influencing the integration of cloud-based DBMS are data structuring, query language used for developing the algorithm of the database system, specifications of the offsite server and availability of prerequisite resources required of cloud-based architecture (Wong et al., 2021, p.11). Each of the mentioned factors maintains specific alignment with the implement table aspects that remain associated with the cloud-based DBMS architecture designed by the organisation. For instance, most of the organisation utilise the structured query language and others parallel languages to design the database Framework that will be hosted on a cloud-based platform. The entire integration process will require a proper understanding of the specific query language that is being used for constructing the database. The development of the data structure algorithm remains directly dependent on the kind of architecture that is utilized for developing the DBMS framework (Psaila and Fosci, 2021, p.621). The development of the data structure algorithm also operates as a major factor that significantly influences the operative capability of the cloud-based dams. The entire architecture has to be cordially segmented and developed to receive effective productivity within the business ground.

2,5 Theoretical framework

Database architectures

The database management system architecture Can be consistently utilised to understand the specific architecture that can help in understanding the different changes that need to be associated within the organisation. There are two prominent forms of database management architectures. They are:

Relational database management system- relational database management utilizes the concept of developing multiple tables with rows and columns where each of them remains interrelated with different segments present in the database. The relational database utilizes multiple keys like primary key and foreign key to maintain interconnection across different tables present within the database (Lubis and Zamzami, 2020, p.4). Relational database Audi and a very systematic approach toward the development and maintenance of data sets and profiles supervised data sets based on specific filters that are outlined as a parameter for a specific function.

Non-relational database management system - The non-relational database management system is also considered as a NoSQL or document oriented database management system (Malik et al., 2020, p.60). This kind of database does not maintain any form of relationship with the multiple tables that are present within the specific storage unit. Each of the tables that are developed in the non-relational database operates independently and may also maintain specific flexibility towards the different types of parameters that are necessary for developing the data set within the DBMS.

2.6 Impact of cloud-based DBMS on operational effectiveness

The implementation of cloud-based DBMS has been observed with significant Optimisation and different types of micro-operation that are architected by the organisations. The cloud-based DBMS not only helps in improving the operational efficiency of the organisation but also allows for a secure Framework for the data sets that can be protected with several layers of security protocols (Wu et al., 2018, p.41774). The entire mechanism of the cloud-based   DBMS allows for quick access of different types of data based on the specified attributes required by the users. The cloud-based DBMS has significantly impacted the capability of the organizations to orient themselves based on the different segments associated with the firm. The entire cloud architecture has to be scaled based on the kind of organizational framework that is being maintained by the firm. The specifics of cloud-based computing also rely on the specific schematic that has been used for the construction of the DBMS (Fujisawa et al., 2019, p.3). This aspect significantly impacts the productivity and the operational effectiveness that will be observed from the database management system deployed on a cloud platform. The fast retrieval of data sets to search for multiple operations enhances the workflow-oriented by the organisation. The entire mechanism has to be consistently adjusted to improve the specifics associated with the organisation. Cloud-based database management system Encounters a major impact through operational effectiveness as it Delivers the targeted information that is requested by the users. The micro-level optimisation of each of the tasks helps in the improvement of different types of progressive outcomes that can be outlined by the organisation. Organisations operating in cloud-based database management systems are observed with improved functionality that helps in enhancing painter productivity and business output that is provided as a service to its consumers.

2.7 Challenges observed in the deployment of cloud-based DBMS

The deployment of cloud-based DBMS   maintains specific relations towards the different types of Prerequisite resources as unnecessary behind its deployment. The major challenges involved in the cloud-based DBMS usually remain centred around architecting the necessary schematic that will help in scaling the organisation's operations. The major challenge observed during the Deployment of a cloud-based DBMS is usually centred around the compatibility that will be observed within the organisation during its requirement. The entire architecture has to be consistently controlled based on the different types of segmented outcomes that have been designed for the organisation. The challenges of such DBMS also include the requirement of highly proficient employers who will be able to maintain the inflow of specific information through data within the database. The cloud-based DBMS usually utilizes a specific architecture that has to be constantly controlled based on different types of data content and data services that remain associated with the organisations (Erlacheret al., 2021 p.9). The deployment of a database requires an innate understanding of different segmentation that might be observed within a specific operation decided by the organisation. The inability to understand the future changes and the absence of proper dynamic illustrations as one of the prominent factors significantly impacts the deployment aspects of the DBMS. The inability to dynamically scale the technological framework of the organisation based on different external and internal changes operates a major challenge during its deployment. It is vital to understand that this attribute has to be constantly controlled based on different segments in which the DBMS is deployed. A large-scale organisation has to individually deploy its respective database using departments as a segmentation parameter (Zou et al., 2021 p.2). The concept remains directly dependent on the specific Host who will remain responsible for the security and the stability of the database.

2.8 Recommendations for enhancement of organizational business transaction

The business transaction of the organisation can be consistently improved by implementing a scaled database management system on the cloud platform. It can be realised that the deployment of the cloud-based transactional process remains associated with improvement of define and security-based structuring of different types of data sets that elements associated with the organisation’s everyday operation (Qi et al., 2017, p.295). The organizational transactions can be improved through cloud-based DBMS by integrating each of the departmental operations with the organizations’ technological platform. This integration will help in maintains a track of all the corporate actions that are undertaken by the employees operating within the business firm. The business transactions can be continuously enhanced by a segmented utility of the DBMS for departmental functions. The entire mechanism has to be cordially controlled to get the maximum output from the cloud-based DBMS. An organization can also coordinate the ERP system with the cloud-based database management system that would eventually help the organization to improve its establishment within the firm (Otuonye, 2021, p.19). The substantial utility of the online cloud-based DBMS will help in improving the performance of the entire organization even under unfavourable critical situations.

2.9 Summary of Literature review

The literature review delivers a clear outline regarding the influence of cloud-based database management systems in the Organisational transaction process. The context delivers a clear outline regarding the different components that are used for successfully implementing a database within a cloud platform. The discussion of the different types of database architecture and its relative features helps in understanding their respective use cases through online platforms. It also helps in realising the several changes that are observed in the organisational performance that Allows for a clear understanding of different changes that need to be involved in the organisation. It can be observed that the cloud-based database management system maintains a certain dependency on the different types of availability of resources and the financial investment that is made by the organisation (Seybold et al., 2019, p.324). The integration aspect remains directly relative to understanding the different segments that are consistently utilised by the cloud platform to maintain efficiency in the control flow of data from one node to another. It can be realised that the organisational transaction gets a significant amount of security with the implementation of the cloud-based database management system as the deployment of several security certificate protocols allows for a clear understanding of different changes that remain associated with the organisation. The literature review properly illustrates and highlights the different aspects of the database management systems and helps in understanding the benefits and the challenges that remain associated with the integration of the cloud-based platform with organisational databases.

2.10 Literature gap

The literature review delivers a clear outline of the Differential concept that remains associated with Understanding the organisational transaction enabled with the help of a cloud-based database management system. The context lacks in providing clarity organisational instance that enters to specific ambiguity to the undertaken research topics. This aspect will be mitigated through a derivative construction of different phases of research that will focus on removing any form of ambiguity and provide specific clarification regarding the objectives targeted for the research topic.

Chapter 3: Methodology and method

3.1 Introduction

Research methodology is one of the major applications of the research that should be managed with perfection to have a proper idea of the methodologies that have been applied in the research. In addition, the research methodology should be managed perfectly to collect data to improve the quality of the research to show proper findings in terms of the data. In that case, the research methodology has been provided in this section to provide information on the use of proper philosophy, approaches and data collection methods to improve the knowledge base.

3.2 Philosophical assumptions

Research philosophy guides the researcher to find the most convenient approaches and techniques to manage the research to discover various directions to overcome the challenges that are coming in the way. In the opinion of, Abu-Alhaija, (2019, pp.122), the research philosophy can be described as the process of epistemology and ontology as these philosophies are used in the researches to bring light on the essential factors to improve the quality of the process. In addition, epistemology can be viewed as the theory of knowledge that is used to enlighten the area of knowledge and the used factors to justify the gathered knowledge. On the other hand, the research philosophy can be described in four different parts including positivism, interpretivism, pragmatism and realism. Followingthat, the positivism research philosophy has been used to identify the real facts rather than using the general assumptions. On the contrary, Ryan, (2018, pp.41), positivism philosophy is considered as a form of progression of empiricismthat is indicating the rationale in the study to highlight the essential factors with perfection. Focusing on the fact, this research has been managed with the positivism philosophy to find the hidden facts from the research. Henceforth the above-mentioned factors are required to be managed with perfection to improve the quality of the research to increase the accuracy.

3.3 Sampling method

The concept of the sampling method remains Associated with identifying the different types of factors that are used for selecting the sources of information. The sampling method usually determines the kind of procedures that will be used for collecting the different types of data that will align with the chosen research topic. The entire sampling architecture remains directly related to the mindset that is kept by the researcher towards deriving the specific research objectives highlighted previously (Sarstedtet al., 2018, p.655). The sampling method can be usually divided into two major types. The entire quality of the data collection process remains Related to the kind of Data Collection architecture that is being utilised by the researcher. The probability sampling method and the non-probability sampling method are commonly utilised as major schematics for selecting the specific participants that will operate as a major source of information (Ghaljaieet al., 2017, p.5). The probability sampling technique is most commonly utilised in areas with a large number of participants from which the sources of information will be randomly selected. The selection of the research sample from a large population using the theory of probability operates as one of the principal concepts on which the entire architecture operates. The non-probability sampling on the other hand operates on the primary principle of developing a subjective selection of different participants who will provide the relevant information concerning the research. In this scenario, the non-probability sampling method has been selected as the primary procedure for selecting the samples of research. The major benefit of this Concept is that it relies on the subjective judgement that is maintained by the researcher towards a specific research topic. This helps in the elimination of any form of unwanted research samples that might reduce the expected accuracy of the research. The sampling method can significantly help in the alignment of and the entire research architecture based on the specific expected outcome.

Limitations of the sampling method lies in the biased selection of the participants and can led to erroneous formulations and conclusions. It can attribute difficulty to the researcher while selecting a representative sample and is characterised by inadequate knowledge of the chosen topic. The absence of homogenous nature in the sampling attribute can led to the unscientific collection of information. It can however, be helpful to the researchers to maintain high accuracy of the retrieved data and project viable results with efficiency.

3.4 Populations

The population identified in research operates on the concept of realising the specific participants that will be used for gathering the information. The research population usually involves a collection of a large base of individuals and will remain focused on providing all the relevant information that remains associated with the research topic (Majid, U., 2018, p.5). Under most of the situations the research population generalizes with the specific base of people who operate within the specific architecture with which the research topic maintains relativity. The research population is highly related to the sampling technique that has been mentioned previously. The concept of research population lies directly with the standardized perception of understanding the total number of research participants that will be organised for the dissertation.

The research population is usually maintaining a very specific focus on the total number of participants that will be gathered for the data dissertation. Each of the participants has to be selected carefully to identify the relevant information that can be gathered from them within a specific amount of time (Verhaartet al., 2017, p.1471). The efficient selection of the research participants will ultimately determine the entire execution process of the research. In this scenario, a total number of 30 employees from ASDA has been selected as the research population That remains associated with the organisation. All the mentioned 30 employees from under will remain responsible for identifying the different segments regarding the relevant information that will be provided by them concerning the chosen research objective. The provision of the consent form for the research participants as well as proper permission of the organisation regarding any form of data that will be collected will operate as one of the primary attributes through which the entire research population will be selected for the dissertation. The selective identification of the research population will tend to the improved quality of the specific outcome that will be gained from the execution of the dissertation.

3.5 Deployment plan

The architectural research plan will be deployed based on the specific research participants that have been identified for the dissertation. The deployment plan will rely on the initial prerequisites that are necessary for the execution of the basic steps of the research. It is necessary to identify that the chosen research philosophy will operate as one of the most prominent attributes that will orient the entire procedural aspect that remains associated with the progression of the research construct (Diaby and Rad, 2017, p.53). A proper understanding of the research philosophy will help in realising the necessary research approach that must be maintained to address the identified research objectives. In this scenario, the deployment of a deductive research approach will help in constructing the different stages that must be architected to clarify all the research questions and objectives that have been identified in the previous section. The research approach will also provide a clear understanding of the different types of data analysis methods that must be undertaken to receive the expected outcome. The consistent understanding of the different stages will help in realising the progressive outline that will constantly help in changing the different segments of the research. The deployment plan will also be constructed strategically so that it can maintain the required flexibility during the unprecedented dynamics that often arise during the execution of a dissertation. This will help in rendering to the improvement of the different types of research attributes that remains aligned with the decided topic of the dissertation. Considering that the research topic usually centres around the concept of a cloud-based database management system the entire concept will have to be properly coordinated to receive your date and expected results from the execution of different phases in the research.

3.6 Validity and reliability

The validity and reliability of the research data are essential to be selected to have proper support in developing the proper findings. The research questions that have been developed are perfect for the identification of the major factors in the research to present data accordingly. In the opinion of, Rahi, (2017, pp.1-5), research questions are considered as the fundamental step to guide the knowledge development process in the research in which the research needs to utilise the research questions to find the proper direction. In support of that, the research question that has been developed can be used to make proper progress in assessing the data with higher efficiency (Ryanand Casimo, 2021, pp.240). Therefore, the research questions can be counted as valuable to bring light on the essentiality of cloud-based systems to improve the business transaction system for ASDA. On the other hand, the questions can also be used to find proper information on therespectivechangesand issues that have been damaging the implementation process of the cloud-basedsystems sin ASDA. Apart from that reliable data can be gathered by emphasising the research questions that will be effective to fond the strategies, which will be increasing the quality of the research data on a large scale.

3.7 Data selection and collection

Data collection is the process that is highly valuable for the research projects to collect data with higher efficiency to improve the quality of the research to meet the expected goals in the research. In the opinion of, Rutberg and Bouikidis, (2018, pp.209), the process of data collection can be viewed in differentformsincludingqualitative and quantitative measures. Therefore, the process of quantitative data collection has beenapplied in this research to manage the findingswith the help of the survey process to meet the expected base of data. On the contrary, Bozer and Jones, (2018, pp.342), the use of the quantitative data collection method is perfect for the enhancement of the efficacy of the research process to select the appropriatecandidateswho are capable of providing their opinion in the research questions. Therefore, the process of the survey has been applied in this research to gather data by developing a proper set of questionnaires to expand the excellenceofthe process. However, Piepho and Edmondson, (2018, pp.429), quantitative research can be defined as the process that is perfect for the management of the structuredpresentation of the statistical data with the help of the charts and graphs to develop a proper structure. Therefore, the collected primary data have been presented with the support of the graphs and figures to increase the visibility of the data to improve quality. The data collected in the survey will be taken from the participants in an offline format. Data collected will be analysed by the use of Microsoft Excel and processed in graphs and charts. This will allow the proper justification and projection of the results in an easy to read format.

3.8 Ethics and bias

Consideration of the ethical matters is essential for the management of the research quality to present the outcome with positivity to prevent data breaches and other incidents. In other words, the process of managing the ethical factors are essential for the researcher to improve the quality of the process to make proper progress. Data protection act 2018 is the most essential legislation that should be followed properly to improve the data management process to prevent unethical hacks (gov.uk, 2021). The Data Protection Act allow the individual to get access to the information and regulate the usage, collection and storing of the same to enhance security and creditability. On the other hand, the researcher must be managing the confidentiality of the data by restricting the access for the other users to improve the privacy with perfection. In addition, all the employees are required to be provided with the consent form to provide them with a proper opportunity to decide to take part in the process to provide an opinion. However, Lazariuc and Lozovanu, (2021, pp.218), implied that the management of the intellectual property rights is also the major priority of the researcher while presenting any quotation in the research to improve the authenticity. It should be maintained with proper excellence to show the citationperfectlyto improve the quality of the presentation of the research data. It allows the participants to make educated choice about the safety, effectiveness and reliability of their information and ensure the authenticity of the projected research. This can be helpful to maintain the rational and logical attribute of the research.

3.9 Limitations

There have been many limitations that are essential to be assessed to have a proper idea on the improvement of the class of the research to hold proper support to make the researchers attractive at presenting data. In the other words, the research limitations are essential to be addressed to develop innovativemeasures to improve the condition. Therefore, limitations like the lack of efficiency in the data collection and data analysis should be managed properly to increase the capability of the researchers to present data (Antikainenet al., 2018, pp.45). In that case, the selection of the methodologies should also be focused on as some of the methodologies can be changed to improve the quality and accuracy. Following that, some of the alternative researchmethodologies could have been used in the research as the process of interview would have provided positive support in building the structure for the data collection. On the other hand, the data analysis could have been done with more updated software ratherthan using MS Excel.

Chapter 4: Results and discussion

4.1 Introduction

The process of presentingresults and findings in the research is considered as the most essentialresponsibility of the researcher to improve the quality of the research to provide a proper scope to the audience to experience the appropriate facts. In other words, the section of results and discussion holds greater significance in the research as the accuracy of the findings are highlydependent on this part. The following research has been planned to conduct the primary data collection process to improve the superiority of the data that have been presented in the cone6xt of the importance of the cloudcomputing process for ASDA.

With the supportofthe cloud computing system, the efficiency of the operations improves on a large scale and the process has been very effective for the organisations to make proper improvements in the process. In the opinion of, Basuet al.,(2018, pp. 347), cloud computing has been referred to as the systems that are combined with the hardware as well as an efficientsoftware to improve the quality of the functions. In support of that, the use of the cloud computing system can be beneficialfor the organisationto reduce the cost of operations. As the cost of developing huge storage is more and the facility can be accessed from a single location, however, the use of the cloud computing system has been effective at providing a huge amount of storage that is accessed from any location to conduct any task. On the contrary, Taghipouret al.,(2020, pp.34), implied that cloud computing as a model is enabling the user to manage the operations conveniently with a shared pool of configurable resources to make every operation more accurate. In that area, ASDA should be focusing on such facilities to bring positive impact in the process to improve the quality of the activities conveniently.

According to Coro et al.,(2017, p.219), cloud computing requires the support of external service providersthat will be providing an accessible compatible online interface, which will be improving thequality of the process on a large scale. In support of that, ASDA should be managingtheir service provider to improve their capabilities of managing operations with perfection and higherquality. On the contrary, Odun-Ayo et al.,(2018), having proper datasecurity is one of the major functions of the organisations to focus to improve the quality of theoperations to make a significant impact in the process. In light of that, ASDA should be improving the firewall of the IT system and cloud computing system to prevent data loss and propersecurity breaches with proper efficiency. However, Chong, (2019), implied that the lack of expertise among the management of the cloud computing systems is one of the major concerns of the organisations in the modern age as the process can be damaged if the proper expert has not been hired for the operations. Therefore, the operation should be managed with the hiring of the appropriatecandidates in ASDA to improve the accuracy and reduce the failure chance in the business transactions.

Cloud computing has been one of the major factors that are required to be managed with perfection to improve the superiorities of the activities to have better results. In order to use cloud computing with perfection, three major factors including IaaS, SaasS and PaaS. It has been observed that more than 50% of the totalorganisations are using the service of cloud computing to bring positiveimpacts in the process to improve the quality and accuracy.
