Ans. A. Air.
Air pollution is when unhealthy chemicals pollute the air. This would include smog and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Smog is a form of air pollution that is formed when sunlight interacts with pollutants, primarily nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), from such things as car exhaust and factory emissions. This produces a cloudy, yellowish-brown haze that can cause breathing difficulties. CFCs are man-made chemicals that were commonly used in spray cans, refrigerators, and foam products. When they find their way into the air, they reach the stratosphere where they destroy the ozone layer that protects the planet from destructive ultraviolet rays.
