This available dashboard provides a cursory view of how it is selling based on categories and periods. This can be explained by the ‘The Sum of Quantity Sold by Category’ which depicts that the Household category ranks with the highest score of 0. 47M units sold were followed by Apparel which sold 0. and only 38M originated from the Grocery and Camping segments of a total sale of goods. The Sum of the Original Sales Price and Sales Revenue pie chart shows that effective selling has been done in this segment and the revenue comprises 57%. This means that even if one disregards the discounting strategies, sales strategies for fixed assets turned out to be greatly successful and they formed 81% of the overall sales. 2. 81M. In the ‘Discount by Category’ doughnut chart which displays the sum of discounts, it is seen that the Apparel has a maximum discount of 55. 23 percent of the total amount while Households spent 43 percent. 69 and the remaining mins discounts in Grocery and Camping. When it comes to the Sum of Sales Revenue by Product Description there is a clear show that Nails is way above all the other products with 0. Males’ engagement was also highest for Stubble (76M), while engagement for females, was highest for Boots (0. 47M) and Gloves (0. 42M). From the above data if we go for the Sum of Sales Revenue by Year arguments then we can easily understand that the sales were high in 2016 at 969. 24k while the year, 2018 recorded 2018, 2017 had a drop of 426. 82K.

This second type of dashboard provides a detailed gross profit of the regional sales, stores, revenues by products and categories, and discounts to know areas that perform well (mihart, 2023). The bar chart of the Sum of Gross Profit by State and Year exposed the result as follows: This chart pointed out that Arkansas was 13K in 2017, second to Alaska and Illinois and some states had no business Gross Profit at all. The Sum of Sales Revenue by Store ID reveals that the store with the highest sum of sales revenue is Store ST98 with a total sum of around $ 60, 000 while the other stores have a lot less sum of sales revenue. From the table titled: The Gross Profit by Product Description Tab it is viewed that Nails the highest value is 0. 2M Thus it can be seen that items like Boots, Gloves are the major gross contributors for this company while Water, Tarp, etc are minor gross contributors. Therefore, from the pie chart of the Sum of Sales Revenue by Region, we can see that the South Region has a total of $648. Mid-West in revenues amounted to 4,000 thousand,000 or four thousand in thousand, hundred and 0 in thousand. The Gross Profit Summary by Category shows that out of all the categories, Household has the highest Gross Profit at ($32683) On the treemap of discounts, PDS75 & PDS54 had the highest discount. The following dashboard aims to provide an insightful way of presenting the realistic gross profit, sales revenue, as well as the performance of various products over time. It has some attributes like the number of sales at the initial price, relative to the business’s month and year performance, and the business’s performance based on categories that offer a holistic view of how the business is performing.

The third dashboard provides a summation of the original sales price by year and product identification number: It can be observed that the price of Product PDS77 was hiked in the year 2017 and 2018 and those are the years the firm has recorded decent sales. Below is the Gross Profit that has been arranged by the Product ID: The analysis reveals that the most lucrative product line in the entire RIM business is the PDS75, which recorded a gross profit of $0. Seven point two one M, PDS 56 and PDS 54 were found to have 0. 13M and 0. 10M, respectively. One more similar chart is The Sum of Gross Profit by Year and Month where it is seen that the year 2016 has the highest peak of the gross profit and that the gross profits are relatively higher in the next two years of 2017 and 2018. The Count of Order ID by Region and Category treemap depicted high order of Household category in the South and the Midwest. Last of all, the calculation of the gross profit sum by Product Description reveals Nails as the most profitable product type; while households emerge as the most profitable category. The sum of Original Sales Price by Year and Product ID: This bar chart shows the original sales price by year of the product PDS77. In 2016, the sales price hardly had any value, however, this grew to a substantial value in 2017 and 2018. Each column represents the growth and through the bar for 2018, it can be seen that sales were high. The sum of Gross Profit by Product ID: This bar chart shows the Gross Profit of various products which was measured in thousands of US dollars. PDS75 leads with 0. 18M while PDS56 contributes 0. 13M and 0. 10M, respectively. Other products depict lower gross profits which make a minimal contribution. Count of Order IDs by Region and Category: This treemap shows the distribution of the count of Order IDs by region and category (maggiesMSFT, 2023). In South and Mid Western regions, the orders placed are mostly through households while in the Western region, most orders placed are through Apparel orders. Across other regions such as the Atlantic and New England, the shop’s different categories present different results.
