My objective in writing my resume is to provide Martin Company Lancaster with an accurate and comprehensive overview of my background, education, and professional aspirations. The four primary components make it up:

  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV): My curriculum vitae (CV) provides an overview of my professional experience, academic background, and practical abilities. My experience as a delivery driver has prepared me well for my next step, which is to demonstrate my suitability for a position in estate management.

  3. Self-Assessment: A SWOT analysis helps me figure out what my career growth's strengths, flaws, chances, and risks are. It shows me where I'm lacking and how those flaws affect the work goals, I have set for myself (Antoniadou, and Kanellopoulou., 2024).

  4. Action Plan: These SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals for improving my skills are based on my self-evaluation (Prasetyo, et. al., 2021). A schedule and specific strategies for filling in skill holes and reaching career goals are included in the paper.

Section B: Personal Statement and CV

Personal Statement

Career Goals

My main goal as a worker is to one day run my own property management business. I want to start my own business because I need the freedom and independence that comes with being my boss. I hope to one day run a successful business that I helped start by coming up with a great idea that offers great value through smart business practices. I want to make the most of my skills and experiences so that I can build a successful and rewarding job, and my goal shows that.

Skills and Experience

I have a lot of experience in delivery driving, but I've also picked up a lot of abilities that would be useful in property management (Reed, R., 2021). Most notably, my role involves:

  • Organizing Orders: Handling a lot of packages at once has made me more organized and better at setting priorities. By using this knowledge, property holdings that need to be controlled and prioritized may be handled better.

  • Navigating and Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills have improved since I started using a global positioning system (GPS) to find my way around confusing city streets and figure out how to handle situations involving logistics. Due to rules and regulations, property managers have to answer customers' issues regularly.

  • Customer Service: Improving my communication and social skills by making sure orders are done on time and properly and customers are happy has helped me connect with others. Property management requires these skills, such as the ability to talk to buyers, answer questions from tenants, and quickly solve problems (Wulandari, D., 2022).

These things have given me the skills I need to handle a wide range of jobs, talk to customers, and provide excellent service. I can handle property problems with the help of being able to solve problems and adapt to new situations.

Motivation

I want to work at Martin Business Lancaster because of its good name as a property management business and its dedication to being professional. Helping me reach my job goals will be joining a reputable company that teaches me about the field and gives me skill-building opportunities. Martin Company Lancaster's focus on compassionate care for clients and smart property management fits with my work goals.

As a worker at Martin Company Lancaster, I hope to learn more about property management, improve my abilities, and help the company succeed. You can help me get ready for a great job and start my own business by using this knowledge. This prestigious organization's membership is a big step towards my career goal of owning a property management company.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Section C: Self-Assessment and Action Plan

SWOT Analysis

Strengths

  1. Communication Skills: My communication skills have gotten a lot better since I started working as a delivery driver. Property managers need to be good at talking to people so they can make deals, solve problems with tenants, and deal with customers. Every day meetings with customers and team members have taught me how to talk to people clearly, listen carefully, and fix problems without losing my cool. All of these skills make it easier to deal with renters and give great property management services.

  2. Adaptability: Working in delivery has helped me learn how to change quickly. I've learned to be flexible by having to deal with delays I didn't expect, new routes, and a lot of supplies. Property management is an area where problems can come up at any time, so I can handle repair requests and renter issues. Any given day could be different (Antoniadou, and Kanellopoulou., 2024).

  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Improving supply routes and getting rid of organizational problems have made me better at solving problems. My skills include, but aren't limited to, analyzing the problem, finding solutions, and carrying out plans. When it comes to property management, being able to deal with problems is very important because it helps with repairs, renter fights, and running the business smoothly.

Weaknesses

  1. Limited Experience in Property Management: Although I don't know much about property management, the skills I learned as a delivery driver can be used in other situations. Filling this gap requires learning about property management rules, methods, and tools. Building this bridge requires me to know how to handle properties well.

  2. Technical Skills: Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the software and tools used in property management that are needed for selling, maintaining, and keeping financial records (Antoniadou, and Kanellopoulou., 2024). The technical skills and tools that are common in the field are what I need to learn to handle properties and make processes run more smoothly.

  3. Professional Network: Unfortunately, my network of property managers isn't very big. To learn new things, get new chances, and move up in my job, I need to network with teachers, consultants, and coworkers in my field. One important part of my growing strategy is networking.

Opportunities

  1. Career Growth in Real Estate: A job in property management could include work in construction, business study, or giving advice. Working for a reputable company like Martin Business Lancaster before can help you get a job in the real estate business.

  2. Skill Development Programs: There are many training, licensing, and course options for property managers. This program might make me more employable, improve my skills, and increase my job security. I can learn about managing properties through this.

  3. Networking Events: During workshops, seminars, and networking events in the property management business, you can meet experienced property managers and learn about new trends and best practices. The events will help me make connections and learn about the newest developments in the field.

Threats

  1. Market Competition: Property management is a tough field with a lot of people trying to get the same jobs. To stand out, you need appropriate knowledge, skills, and ongoing career growth. To reduce this threat, I need to focus on getting knowledge and specialized skills that set me apart from other applicants.

  2. Economic Factors: When the economy is bad or the real estate market changes, it can affect the security of jobs and growing possibilities in the field (Antoniadou, and Kanellopoulou., 2024). Keeping up with market trends and changing your plans will be important for dealing with possible problems and making sure your job lasts.

  3. Regulatory Changes: Laws and rules about property management that change can be hard to deal with. To stay ahead of possible problems and make sure my work is in line with current rules, I need to keep up with industry standards and legal requirements.
