Introduction:
This report is based on the case scenario of an IT company, in this report, an IT company is selected that is used Artificial Intelligence, the selected company is Amazon that uses AI for their customers and clients. Amazon is an international company and mainfly famous for its e-commerce busines. The company also focus on artificial intelligence and digital streaming. Amazon is known as one of the best and largest provider of AI provider and this is the reason for selecting the company as it has speciality in AI.
This report is developed for creating the one-day event plan on the amazon. Initially, this report will discuss and demonstrate the range of interpersonal & transferable communication skills for the targeted audience in the company, like senior managers or management teams, and the clients. Then next this report will provide details for how critical reasoning & thinking can apply for problem-solving in the case scenario. The report will also include a discussion on the dynamics & importance of working within a team & the impact of a team on working in different types of environments. Finally, the report will examine the needs and requirements for continuing professional development or CPD & its role in the main working environment & for higher-level learning.

For the one-day event, communications skill are the most important thing that has to be perfect while representing the presentation in front of the senior management team as well as clients of Amazon.
Different types of communication styles will helpful in the presentation.
Assertive communication style: This style is very effective & healthy, this communication style provides a sweet spot between too passive and aggressive, this style is used by the people for normal communications. This style will in the event to achieve the goal effectively and make stakeholders, senior management team, clients understand the presentation.
Passive communication style: This style may affect the goals and objectives of the presentation because this communication style will make people powerless, and less effective to present their ideas.
In the one-day event, different types of communication skills will be required and beneficial to make the event successful. In the presentation, verbal and non-verbal communication skills will be required.
Verbal communication will include voice tone, sound, and language.
Non-verbal communication skills will also help to make a better understanding of the objectives of presentation, by using body language, facial expressions, and hand gestures.
Interpersonal skills:
These skills are also important to make the event successful, such skills are like a set of various abilities that enable people to interact with clients, senior managers, and other stakeholders of Amazon company and also enable them to do work effectively.
There are different types of interpersonal skills which are soft skills, social skills, and negotiation skills. In the event and presentation, the soft skills will be beneficial because it will consist of the communication, self-management, organization & planning, teamwork, problem-solving., and technology.

In the planning of the one day even within the selected organization amazon, time management is required to use and it is used in the planning so that all the required things can be included in the one day event and manage effectively. Time management is like a process that helps in planning and execution.
In the planning of time management, various skills are used in the planning such as be realistic, manage the plan and making a program or tasks list, reto adjusts and makes more flexibility, meet deadlines, goal setting, focus, planning, and scheduling the tasks.
In the planning of the event the time management skills are helping to effectively divide the time for each and specific task, this will help to manage the event according to various programs included in the one-day event. As an IT trainer, for the event planning, there is a different program that needs to be considered, like an introduction for the main area about developed application and usefulness of AI, the particular presentation will also include if will help to present the main ideas and objectives of the event in amazon.
There are various benefits of time management will get in the entire event.
Time management will help to reduce the stress of managing various things.

In this planning, it is clear that 1st to 6 weeks are required for better planning of the conference, in the 7th week and 8th week the plan will execute to conduct the one day conference at amazon organization.

In the above table, all the major tasks that will b included in the one-day training event are provided, with the help of time management skill effective time limit is assigned for each task included in the training plan, and also time is managed for the lunch. The overall time limit of the event is around 8 hours, and all the tasks are managed accordingly.

In the process of developing, designing, and delivering the event plan various problems are arise related to an effective plan and the execution of the plan for a day event related to AI training. Various problems solving techniques are available for solving the problems. The following are the main techniques and tools for problem-solving.

These techniques help problem-solve in the process of designing the training event plan in the Amazon company.
The main problems in the event design process arise related to time and task management. Through the following step of problems solving techniques, the issues are resolved.
Identified all the issues and problems: In this step, different problems are identified clearly, and all the people are identified that are related to the problems.
Understanding the interest of seniors and stakeholders: In this step when the problem has been identified effectively & then the main aim and purpose of the particular task is required to understand and also an effective understanding of the main requirements of the event need to communicate with them. This technique will be used when the stakeholders and senior management will not understand the project plan.
List of possible solutions: In these steps, different solutions to the problems related to the event tasks and the time limits for each task and program is created, & analyze effectively for the available time limit of one day. In this, all the applicable solutions are separated for evaluation.
Evaluation of separated solutions: In this step of problem-solving all the separated solutions are evaluated and also analyzed for finding the best suitable solutions for time and task management.
Selection of most suitable solution: The most effective and suitable solution is selected for problems and applied to resolve them. It will be used when the technology and technique for plan management will not be selected successfully.
Final document: After solving the issue and problem final document is created along with effective time allocation for each activity of the training event, all the activities are monitored correctly for effective and successful delivery.
Hence problems of time management are solved by relocating the time limit for each activity and task in the training event, the above table is the final schedule table for all the activities.

Critical reasoning is to provide the ability to resolve the problems effectively, & critical reasoning is to provide actively & conceptualize, analyzing the questions, ideas & solutions that are developed, evaluate, and analyze. Critical reasoning helps to resolve the problems that arise in the process of planning training events within the amazon company related to AI. Critical reasoning is also implied on clear thinking and critical thinking, there are three types of components of reasoning that are following.
Critical reasoning is thinking of yourself.
Critical reasoning is critical self-reflection.
Critical reasoning is also informed reasoning (Basicknowledge101, 2019).
In the problem-solving process for a training event, the problem arises related to time and task management, critical reasoning is used to resolve the problems.
Critical reasoning and thinking are used for time management, in this process all the activities are analyzed, and it is also critically analyzed which activity is required more time, in the process of planning critical reasoning is used to analyze the requirements, communicating with senior management, & stakeholders who will participate in a conference, and the overall time limit of event that is around 8 hours is divided for all the activities according to the effectiveness of the activity, according to the requirements of the understanding, to make the training more effective interesting, all the critical points are identified effectively. Once the needs and requirements are identified for time limit all the tasks are automatically managed with the specific time limits and order so it has created which activity needed to be considered first, for achieving all the goals and objectives of the event and present the presentation on the event.

Pareto chart: This problem-solving technique is used for solving the problem, the Pareto charts are like bar charts and histograms that also combine the line graphs with the cost or frequency of various problems. Usually, this technique is used in the financial problems of businesses, bars represent the frequency of orders, and lines are related to the percentage (Foster, 2018). Five whys: It is also beneficial techniques for problem-solving, this method is consisting series of questions for problems, and all the questions start with why. Normally first why is become a base for the next question of the problem. This problem-solving technique is mainly used for complicated and complex problems in businesses and also various event designing in organizations. Scatter plat diagram: This technique is to use the data point pairs that are helpful to find the relationship among the variables. The scatter diagrams are like quantitative methods that help to determine the variables that are helpful in problem-solving. FMEA: This technique is beneficial for the process and product-related problems, it helps to design and explore the failure (Veronica, 2017).

In the process of designing the training event for amazon company, there are different problem-solving approaches are available that help to resolve various problems. In the designing of a training event, the most common technique of problem-solving is used that consisted of different steps in which the problem is analyzed and evaluated to find out the best suitable solutions. In the time management and task management problem the critical reasoning is used and different steps are followed, in the solution best time allocating table is provided.
When the cost and a budget-related problem arises then Pareto chart is used to set a budget for each activity and task during all 8 weeks of planning and execution, after allocating the budget for each task initially, the cost will exceed for goodies and refreshment after the conference hence with the help of Pareto chart technique cost is analyzed correctly and then the budget is set accordingly. To solve the time-related problems in event planning and execution Five Why technique is used in the meeting with a team member, “Why the plan of an event is not completed in the first week?” this question is asked to the responsible persons in the team, then further questioning helped to analyze the problem and find its solution by creating planing according to 8 weeks time limit.

The team dynamics represent a way in which the team members are behaving, psychologically involve in the process of interaction in the team. When all the team members are engaged within a particular project, then the behavior of team members, their physical and mental conditions, the stress level changes sometimes, the independent interactions, motivations, influencing power of senior and junior team member is very important to make the task or project successful. This constellation of behavior, attitude, is helping to represent the dynamics of the team, this team dynamics is also called the foundation for teamwork in a particular project, task, and in the training event of amazon related to Artificial Intelligence.
The team dynamics are very important and it has an impact on the success as well as the failure of the group projects, designing of the one-day training event for the amazon. The team dynamics are most important for making a successful plan for the one-day training event, this team dynamics are important to manage the project and event efficiently. In the team planning of training events, their different members involve to create a better plan and execute it in the event. When the team dynamics will be effective or the relation, trust level, understanding among all the team members will grate then it will improve, increase the success ratio of the training event planning. But if the team member does not understand each other's perspectives, points of views, their behavior is not good and create various conflict then the team dynamics is decrease and the outcome of the teamwork, and this poor team dynamics will affect the teamwork and also affect the project quality, planning, and effectiveness of the training event plan. Hence is it very important that all the team member should work together and effectively, all the team members are required to understand the point of view of each other respect all the members and their decisions, solve problems together, and trust each other so that they can produce the successful plan for a training event in amazon organization.

There are various ways to work within a team to achieve all the goals that the team leader and the manager of the team decide with including all the team members. To achieve the defined goal in a team, it is important to implement the agile methodology in the project and planning of the training event. This methodology will help to manage all the tasks and processes that will execute in the training event to accomplish the training and provide a better understanding according to the objectives of the training. It is important to maintain simplicity in teamwork and maintain communication for several things that need to be considered and done in the planning of the training event in amazon company. The simplicity and smartness of the work as an individual team member will help to complete the individual task and communication the outcomes and results of the task, procedures (Impraise, 2020).
By using visual aids in the team for specific work or task that is effectively present in front of various stakeholders and senior team manager as well as clients. In the presentation, the visualization will very beneficial to make effective and better understanding. In the team, it is important to communicate effectively and nicely with all the team members along with team leaders, managers. Effective communication is helping to maintain relations with all the team members so that there will be no conflicts and issues between achieving the goal while working in a team as one of the team members. The culture and environment of teamwork are also important and beneficial for achieving team goals effectively. A good working environment helps to set mind towards the specific goals and tasks to complete t successfully. Motivation from team leaders and manager also helps to successfully achieve the team goals, this motivation is to provide the required support and will power to handle the problems and work smartly to achieve the goals. These all are the main ways and required to follow while working in a team or a group, these steps help achieve the goals within a team (Mediate, 2015).
In the team of managing and organizing the one-day conference or event at amazon organization, I have worked with my entire team effectively to manage all the tasks. When we have been assigned to organize this conference, then firstly I was communicating with my entire team, and we were thinking about where to start this work to organize the event.
I was managing the time and cost for the conference, me & one of my team member were worked together to create the plan, and we have communicated to our manager, and I have sent an email to the manager and other stakeholders to collect all the main requirements and provide the progress report to the manager.
I have used my communication skills to communicate will my team members, stakeholders, and manager. When I have completed the event plan according to a time limit of 8 weeks then is have sent that plan to my senior management team to get approval on it so that event or conference can be organized effectively. I also have contacted vendors for all the electronic hardware, like speakers, microphones, lighting at the venue. Finally, I have arranged small goodies & refreshments for all participants. I have used my skills and knowledge for organizing this one day conference at amazon company, and have completed it. According to my manager my performance was good and I have appreciated that also as a junior IT trainer, my team members appreciated my effort for a conference, and my presentation at the event was also good, and I have contributed to the conference 100 %.

In the teamwork within an amazon company, team dynamics are important to achieve success in the project or designing the plan and whole training event. In the team dynamic, it is important to assign specific tasks, roles, and responsibilities to all the team members so that the work can compete efficiently and effectively. Each team member is required to accomplish and achieve their specific goals that will represent their specific role and responsibility. The following are the main role and responsibilities of a team member in the team dynamics.
Supervisor or manager: This role is important because the managers are responsible to manage their team members and the problems that usually arise related to the training events, and the conflict among the team members.
Strategist: These people or team members are responsible to develop or decide the strategies approaches to develop an effective plan for the one-day training event in the amazon company.
Communicator: These team members are mainly responsible for distributing the information and the results of tasks and the information from all the stakeholders (Ckju, 2019).
Organizer: These members are responsible for keep tracking of different tasks and documents. These team members are helping to track the progress of the different phases.
Goal setter: The goal setter is mainly responsible for identifying and determine all the goals on which all the team members are working, and is also responsible for determining the goals that have to achieve by the individual team members.
These all are main roles and responsibility that involves in teamwork when these roles and responsibilities are play effectively will help to achieve the goals, and compete for the planning, project, training event successfully (Ckju, 2019).

The CPD or continuing professional development is a process of developing professional skills as well as knowledge through participation, independent learning, and interactive learning. The CPD is enabled all the learners to effectively and protectively develop the profession and their professional capabilities with certified learning programs and other methods. The CPD involves the setting of various objectives for long and short term progression, & plan with specific goals. All the persons that are engaging in the CPSD are required to keep all the records for any kind of knowledge, progress about what they are learning. This professional development may be based on non-technical and technical skills, hence it is important to gain knowledge and a better understanding of learning in professional life (Saipproorg, 2018).

The CPD is very important because so many professionals have some specific requirements on the CPD, that are necessary for all the individuals for proving themselves that they all are capable of to adhering current and essential standards like accounting, medical, etc. The CPD is beneficial and helpful for people to retain the consistently high quality in their professional life, and learn several skills & knowledge in their whole professional life. In the own learning the CPD is contributed during the planning of the training event according to the case scenario and for the selected organization amazon, through the CPD, different types of learning concepts are learned like team dynamics, time management skills. The CPD helps in professional development, and it also provides opportunities to learn something that will be beneficial in the whole professional life (Burton, 2017).

There are 5 types of main motivational theories are available that all are having an impact on the performance in the workplace or company.

Maslow’s: This theory says that the person in a workplace needs the motivation to complete the tasks to achieve the goals, and the person will be motivated while their needs are fulfilled.
Hertzberg 2 factor theory: This theory says that needs are categorized into 2 factors that are motivation and hygiene. This hygiene factor mainly works and makes sure that the employees will never be dissatisfied, and the motivation factor is ensuring that employees will always motivated and their performance will high with more satisfaction (Contactzilla, 2019).
McCleland’s need theory: In this theory, there are 3 motivating drivers in the workplace and these are not dependent on human age or gender.
Vroom’s theory of expectancy: In this theory, people will highly motivated and productive if 2 conditions will meet, first is people should believe in their efforts for high success, second people also believe in the reward for their success.
Mcgregor’s theory Y & theory X: This theory is consists of 2 different theories that are based on the participation of workers, the theory X is labeled, negative, and theory Y is labeled , positive (KnowledgeHut, 2019).

Conclusion:
The whole report is based on the case scenario and the selected amazon company. The above report discussion of based on the designing of a day training event. Initially, in the report, various communication skills and styles are discussed along with interpersonal skills. Then next details of the critical reasoning helpful in problem-solving and different techniques of problem-solving are discussed. Team dynamics and its importance, the impact of a team working for a training event is discussed in the above report. Lastly, the importance of CPD and its contribution to own learning is provided along with a plan of future goals, and a comparison of different motivational theories is discussed.
