Lean analysis

It is an approach which helps in analyzing the business model and allows the business to eliminate the waste and the activities which does not add value to the product. This approach helps in reducing the product cost and helps in delivering the product to the customer. It helps the company to compete with other company in the market by offering the product as a higher pace and reduce the costing to as minimum as possible. It helps in modifying the business working and offering which include the changes according to the trend or market requirement that helps the company to be trendy and offer the products which are in demand according to the improving technology and requirement of the clients. It helps in determining the activities in the production which is not adding any value to the product and also not improving the quality of the product or the activities which are not required to be performed to get final product are been eliminated from the production process. It also helps in improving the business process that can help in production to be at a rapid pace and with betterment in the quality of the product (Georgiades, 2017).

Lean analysis can be done by building the team which is capable of handling various tasks required to build the product. These tasks are performed to build the product or provide the service offered by the company. The team must also be motivated and should have the yes can do attitude that can help them facing the problems occurs during the production of the product. This also needs the team to be self-analysis and descriptive feedback. And most important the supervisor should communicate with the team respectfully and openly. To analyze the product it is necessary to take a MVP (MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT) which is a base version of the product offered by the company that can be utilized by the distributed to the early tester or adopters. Lean analyses include the reduction of the waste and utilize resources to gain the maximum productivity out of it to increase the profit margin to maximum. It also analyzes the requirement of the customer and works on it and delivers the required product on time. In this model the MVP is been released before the release of the actual product to test the frame and analyze the basic requirement of the system. It help the company to test the product or the frame of the project before completing the product by adding the non-functional requirement from the product and help in understanding the working of the project and detect the bugs and loopholes in the project in the early stages to minimize the effort and resource to make the changes in the project to get the require output and satisfy the requirement of the project or the product. It also helps the customer to give the feedback before the release of the product and add the change if any needed to be included in the final project or the product. It helps the customer to provide the developer with the changes in the requirement and add new requirement for the project or the product according to the trend in the market (Kanbanize, n.d.).

The process of functional requirement defining for the project or the product is been evolving day by day. Now backlogs are been used to define the requirement on paper or is been utilized as documentation to specify the requirement of the project or product. Task list needed to be done for supporting the larger plan strategist to complete the project or the product offered by the business. It is the list of the task which is needed to be done and also has the priority of the tasks to be completed to specify the order of the tasks to be completed to develop the project or the product as planned. Backlog is consist of the information about changes that are required to be done in the existing requirement to meet the requirement of the customer according to the trend in the market for betterment of the product or the project offered by the company. It also consist the user stories which include the vision of the project or the product according to the user that help the developers to understand the user’s perspective of the project or the product and help in understanding the requirements of the project or the product as per required by the user. It also include the bugs which are been identified in the project or the product which are been resolve and help in recording the changes which are been made to fix the bug and the area which is to be tested again after the bugs is been fixed to ensure the fixture and adjust the rest project according to the changes made. Requirement are also been transformed to features, user stories and epics (Kupersmith, 2016).

Requirement of the project or the product is the functional and non-functional capability which is to be offered by the product or the project to satisfy the customer and fulfill the needs of the customer as expected from the project or the product to satisfy the objective of the project or the product. Requirement of the project or the product is been specification of the objective of the project or the product that is been implemented in the mind that does not include the logic that is going to be implemented to achieve the objective of the project where else feature is the logical specification of the requirement which has the logic for implementation of the requirement to achieve the objective of the project or the product to satisfy the function and non-functional requirement of the project or the product that is been expected by the customer and help in delivering the product or the project to the customer as required by the customer as expected according to the market. Epic is a huge part of the project with the objective to the complete the project or the product as required by the customer. It can include the business requirement of the project, a request from the customer or the feature which needs to be included in the project to fulfill the objective of the product and satisfy the requirements of the project or the product. Test cases are been recorded instead of examples and scenarios.

Lean analysis of fiberline

This report is related to a company which is fiberline building profiles that provide the customer with the fiberglass to provide the solution which help in achieving the sustainable solution for future. It is very necessary for the company top analyze their product to provide their customer with the quality product and offer them with something extra to stand alone from other companies offering same product in the market. To do so they can use the lean analysis technique to analyze their product for betterment of their product and cut down the waste that does not add value to the product to product the product at a lower price and provide their customer better and cheaper product. It can also help the company to produce the product at a higher pace that can help them providing their customer with the product faster than other that can help them to stand alone from other company in the market offering the same product. As the company is dealing in fiberglass they can analyze the product to be lighter in weight without affecting the strength of the fiberglass that can help in utilization of the product easier and can help in finishing the construction to be low on weight and lighter in weight with the strength that is needed in the construction. Lean analysis can also help in achieving the strength in the final product without adding the weight to the final product. It can help in building the construction as strong as steel and at a much lower density that can help in building a high strength construction and as the weight is not effected by the strength it is also easier to work with. It can also help in testing the product for checking the product for the limitation of the product and ensure the quality of the product. It can help in testing the product to check the chemical reaction on the product and can be utilize to check the effect of the weather and time on the product to check its capabilities (Fiberline, n.d.).

Fiberline can use the lean analysis to check the chemical effects on the product like checking the effects of the chemical and water on the product that can affect the strength of the product. It can help the company to reduce the costing of these tests and help them to eliminate the processes which are not necessary and does not add value to the final product. It also helps in analyzing the properties of the product and help in identifying the characteristic of the product to help the company to sell the product and help them analyze the properties of the product. It also helps in analysis the features of the product that is offered by the product to the customer such feature consist that as it is light weight it is easy to use and as it provides the strength it can replace the use of steel. Lean analysis help in analyze the product to enhancement of the long life and low maintenance of the product. It also help in analysis the product to check the sustainability of the product and help in enhancing the quality of the product and help in reducing the costing of the product related to testing, producing, developing and enhancing the product. Lean analysis is the phenomena which help in dividing the problem to the leaner in the end of every iteration and help in analyzing the problem which is the root cause of the problem and resolve the problem from the root which is causing the chain of problems which leads to the failure of the working chain and breaks the system. It helps in removal of the problem permanent rather than covering it temporary that helps the saving the company from wasting the resources on the temporary solution and get the permanent solution to the problem (Lean, n.d.).

To avoid the company from wasting their resources and eliminate the activities which are not adding values to the product of the company the company can use the Just in time module to manage the inventory of the company. This module helps the company to get the resources for production of the product at the time of need and manage the timing of the production to be also just in time of the delivery so that the company can save on the space which is needed to store the resources and the finish product that cost the company fortune and also the material has a change of damage as it can be stored for a long time and the demand of the ready product could not be enough to clear the inventory.

The fiberline can use the lean analysis to analysis the performance of the employ and analyze the area of error that is causing the company loss as the company is losing the efficiency of the product. It can help fiberline in building the multifunctional team that can handle various problems and task which can help them in analyzing the quality of the product and also help them in analyzing their performance that can help them in checking their own performance and help them in self-analysis that can help them in improving their performance that will reduce the error rate in the production and help in maintenance of the consistency in the production. Fiberline can also use the lean analysis approach to analyze the total costing of the production and can identify the activities which are taking the most effort and resources and can be help in enhancing the process to reduce the effort and resources in that process with the same results. Value calculation and process defining: It is the process in which the value of the process is been analyzed with the analysis of the value it is adding to the product to know the worth of the process and determine whether the process has the room for leniency. It helps in analysis of the waste of resources and efforts that can be saved and reinvested in the betterment of the product.

Controlling the automation with the production: Leaner business operations take help of automation that are possible to reduce the human efforts and also avoid the errors that can be cause due to humans. The production line should be well defined and the automation should be included in the production line with the humans effort where needed to control production and monitor the production quality to keep the production line running (Sabae, 2016).

Minimize the utilization of the inventory: leaner business operation avoid the utilization of huge inventory and work with the just in time model that help the production to get the material required to manufacture the product just in time of the production with synchronization of production time with the delivery time to avoid the maintenance of large inventory and related expenses.
