Introduction
The pacemaker is the important invention that has very important application to maintain the rhythm of heart. It is very important machine for those patients who has the irregular heart rhythm. The report represents the research for the pacemaker that works in the association of the internet so that the rhythm of the heart can be recorded and the required actions can be taken to improve the heart beat speed. The report includes the major research of the researchers that represents the application and the operation perimeter of the pacemaker and the effectiveness of internet with the pacemaker.
Literature Review
According to the previous research that have been done in the past by Jovanovic, et. al., 2018 on the same topic of project management it has been concluded that the application of project management is known to be increased in a significant level in the past few years. There have been multiple indications in which it has been seen that the projects have increase their overall qualities and what success is being achieved by the organization after their implementation. But still it has also been seen that there is a considerable number of projects that are known to be failing to achieve their goals and therefore it is very important to increase the overall efficiency of any project management task. There are multiple issues that are being faced by disorganization while managing the project such as the project going over budget or missing the deadline.
The implementation of any process that is related with project management is known to be done through planning and execution and understanding the relationship between success of project also the research that has to be done to make sure that the project is successful. There is various format in which the project management can be completed and it is the responsibility of the organization to understand the best approach which can be used by them to make sure that the project that is being created by them is successful and beneficial for them.
In the past few years, it has been seen that there have been multiple researchers is the Wyndham on the same topic of project management and have concluded that there are several critical factors that have a large contribution into the success of projects and proper implementation of project management. There are other factors that also impact the overall management of project such as the strategic planning along with the resources that are to be gathered to make sure that the development of project is done with full efficiency.
