The Samson media is a company of magazines publishing for the middle-aged women and it is being found that with the developments in the magazine business there is a greater progress such that the competition have taken turns. This being said there is a greater deployment of the magazines in the market leading to the prospects where the same is impacting the business of the firm. Despite the fact that there are limited readers for the firm the increase in the competition have led to the part where the prices as well as discounts are offered for the accomplishments of the vote of the consumers in the firm’s favour. There is a new manager in the company who is willing to make some of the changes in the company. there will be some activity and some team bonding exercise. Apart from that there will be some new market strategy so that new target can be achieved. The developments are required to be accomplished for the part where the deployment of the magazines might require the firm to bear the losses such that the high rate in the achievement of the commerce can be accomplished.

Our company is going through a low time. Everyday profit of this company is reducing and there is need to make some of the change in the company so that it can rise again and sustain in the market. This company is dealing with a lot of problems and fewer readers. The new target set by the manager needs to make a lot of changes.

 

There is a need to make a program for the new employee so that the new team could be prepared. There is a need to make a big change in the company for betterment. There will be an eight-week period for approximately two hours a week. This training period is much needed to accept the change which this

 

Apart from that, there will be experts from the individual departments for the proper training of the team. There will be team bonding exercises like team meetings which will increase the coordination among the employee. There will be debate among all for better outcome of proper planning. He will teach how much change can be made in the technology department so that it will reduce the cost. There will be a human resource manager who will push the new employee, who will motivate the employee for more positively working. There will be a marketing manager who will make a plan for better marketing of the product, who will make a plan for the marketing, there will be the proper strategy. The company will go through a lot of changes.

Hope all are doing good. As this is to inform you that our company is going through a bad time. Everyday profit of this company is reducing because of the competition in the market. This company needs to make some of the changes so that it can rise again and sustain itself in the cut-throat competition of the market. Samson media is dealing with a lot of problems like losing readers, losing market value, losing reputations, and losing money as well. So, the company has decided to make a lot of changes in the company to change the working style in the company. Our new manager has decided this company needs to go through a lot of changes and training activity is one of them.

 

There will be a training program for all of the employees so that the new team could be prepared to accept some of the changes. There is a need to make a big change in the company for betterment. There will be an eight-week period of a training session in which there will be various activities for approximately two hours a week. This training period is much needed to accept the change.
