Privacy Act 1988 |
This promotes and protects the privacy of organisations in Australia and ensures that its key assets are safeguarded from unauthorised access and exposure (oaic.gov.au, 2021). |
Employment & Labour Law 2020 |
This ensures that businesses have appropriate wage systems, work health and safety frameworks, compensation insurances, and other associated allowances for the employees (business.gov.au, 2021). |
Patents Act 1990 |
This involves an administrative framework, which focuses on grant and management of patents for various organisational authorisations (alrc.gov.au, 2021). |

Inefficient employee management |
The organisation should aim at ensuring that there is proper compliance to Employment & Labour 2020 and further, introduce appropriate strategies such as fair wage and compensation schemes, and flexible working conditions. |
