This assessment is based on the Aviation Operations Management by analyzing different challenges phased by the industries and the solutions for those challenges and issues. The implementation of the different management operations related to Aviation is discussing in this report and provides a complete understanding of the problem management in the aviation-based organization. This report provides the solutions to the problems phased by the Airline services and management of those problems by using the different methodologies. This report describes the details about the operation management in the airline and the implementation of the technology to solve various problems.
BRITISH AIRWAYS is an airline organization in the UK. This is the second-largest organization in the UK that provides 160 destination routes from their flights. Because of the large revenue of this organization, the passengers are trusted to their flights. This makes different challenges to the organization to manage their performance provide secure travel to the passengers. Different rules and regulations are managed by the BRITISH AIRWAYS for the safe travel of their passengers. All the issues and challenges phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS is discussing in this report and provide reliable solutions for those issues and challenges (Wegotravel, 2019).
Nowadays air Travel is chosen for the fastest travel and individuals select the travel for saving time. It provides the complete facility for the passengers for the relatable and comfortable travel from one source to another. Different challenges are phased by the airlines based on the fuel, passenger security, and management of all the different resources related to the flight. These sections provide the details about the different challenges phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS and how these challenges occur and affect the policies of the BRITISH AIRWAYS. All the management is related to the Airline is a typical way to provide and analyze all the details related to the flight reviews (Bazargan, 2016).

The following challenges are phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS related to the different issues.
The fuel factor is the primary challenge for the BRITISH AIRWAYS. This can not only concern the BRITISH AIRWAYS but the entire airline in the world is phasing this challenge. The world is the phase of the challenge of less fuel preset and the cost of the fuel that increasing day by day which affects the system and increases the challenges for the airline industry. The BRITISH AIRWAYS is a non-government airline so they phase large problems and compare to the other airline because all the managed ma of the fuel is taken by the organization and provide the high cost of the seller of the fuel. The lack of crude oil can increase the issues of fuel management to the BRITISH AIRWAYS and increase the problems of the flight management and the source of the marketing. This will affect the bottom line of the BRITISH AIRWAYS that all the resources can not be easily managed for the organization.
Competitiveness is the challenge phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS in the industry of the Airlines. Different Airlines are introducing nowadays in the market so the turnover is decreased and the needs are changed which impacted the business of the BRITISH AIRWAYS. The airline industry in Europe has phased the problems related to the different investments in various fields that increase the competitiveness in the market and cause different problems to the BRITISH AIRWAYS. The cost management of the different resources provided by the airline is typical to manage in the different scenarios that can not provide the reliability consistency of the management of facility provided by the BRITISH AIRWAYS. The integrated operation is developed in the market which increases the challenges related to the product marketing to the BRITISH AIRWAYS.
Overcapacity is the challenge phase by the airlines in which the cost can not be managed for the organization management and affects the business. The overcapacity issues are based on the various terms related to the cost management and the economical environment in which the content changes are made to the airline organization and it can cause business failure. The BRITISH AIRWAYS phase challenged the economical environment in which all the issues are solved by the organization itself because it is a private organization can manage all the business by their own. This can increase the major revenue problems to the BRITISH AIRWAYS and it added with the fuel cost and management. This challenge can make the organization take different risks related to their business like decrease the revenue (TTS, 2017).
The development of the aircraft takes too much ground materials and resources that decrease the laws of the environment. The environmental policies are the challenges to the organization to manage the quality of the airplane. Biofuels reduction can cause different problems to the environment. In this case, the BRITISH AIRWAYS are taking the challenges like the high cost of the fuel and the different environmental laws that can not affect the government airline organization. The implementation of the strategy structure for the organization related to the management of the different terms based on the various phases like the supplies and expense management is a challenge to the BRITISH AIRWAYS. The global mandatory carbon offset scheme is part of the challenge phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS. This takes information about all the environmental reinforcement based on the different policies and management of different terms related to the business.
This is a challenge phased by every airline in the world because of the economical conditions and the cost management terms. The high economical terms can affects the system quality and management that can increase the cost of air travel. The high cost can increase the profits of the BRITISH AIRWAYS but it can reduce the number of customers. This can affects the management in the business and affects the BRITISH AIRWAYS revenue. So there is a challenging phase by the organization based on the airline policies in which they can not take more charges for the economy classes to provide them travel so the low limits of the cost can not fulfill the target of the BRITISH AIRWAYS and affect the business. The average margin of the airline based on the worldwide calculation is 2.4 % which is quite low in the management if the different operations increase the profit challenges to the BRITISH AIRWAYS.

The safety of the passengers is quite a big issue for the airline based on the different accidents that happen nowadays that can increase the safety challenges to the organization. BRITISH AIRWAYS has challenges related to their passenger safety because over 527 Million Passengers travel from their airline. So it is a big concern for the organization to manage all the flight security-related resources that helps the passengers at the time of emergency. The Civil Aviation Organization is an organization based on United Nation that analyzes all the safety-related resourced in the airline and make all the management activity of the BRITISH AIRWAYS. So the implementation can be so difficult for the BRITISH AIRWAYS in their airline to manage all safety outcomes and provide the information based on the management of the information. This challenge is phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS which can provide different ideas regarding passenger safety and the organization's business implementation (Inter-aviation, 2018).
The mitigation strategy is based on the different challenges phased by the BRITISH AIRWAYS. This can help to provide the research about hr different mitigation plans regarding the management of the different challenges. The mitigation plan can help the organization to manage all the resources related to the various challenges and provide the research analysis on the different issues that can be occurred in the management of the airline. The mitigation can help the organization to manage all the different tissues regarding the passengers and the business based on the profit. The mitigation can manage all the required analysis related to the role of BRITISH AIRWAYS in the sector of the airline industry (Wu & Lim, 2021).

The following mitigation plan helps the BRITISH AIRWAYS to manage all the issues and challenges regarding the different policies and government law.
System monitoring is the way to manage the different mitigation plans regarding passenger safety and the different resources management in the system. The system monitoring in the BRITISH AIRWAYS is based on every term analyze and all the scenarios have been managed by the different analysis structure that provides the reliability in the system and management in the different components of the flight. The system monitoring contains different steps in which all the compartments are clearly and reliability managed in the sense of any emergency. The BRITISH AIRWAYS provides different ways to manage the terms regarding their passenger's safety. The system management based on the different components is managed based on the complete processing of the system monitoring and provide the management terms related to the structure of the safety. According to the safety department of the UK, the BRITISH AIRWAYS provide high maintenance to their airplane and it is a safe journey for the passengers (Rotondo et.al, 2019).

Based on the challenge of profitability the cost analysis is a mitigation plan based on the management of every resource used in the organization's revenue management. This can help to provide the management regarding the different factors based on the economic analysis and the benefits of the organization. The management of the different components is the way to manage the competing cost and decide the travel cost according to that particular cost. BRITISH AIRWAYS provided all the related scenarios to provide the different management schemes to balance the travel cost of the passengers. The cost-benefits analysis provides the BRITISH AIRWAYS to manage the revenue of the organization and manage the growth in the business. This mitigation strategy based on the cost analysis is taken by the different airlines based on the management of the complete revenue and the travel cost. Cost analysis can be managed by different terms regarding the average cost per passenger (OpenJaw, 2019).
The system analytics is based on the different information management that helps to improve the various terms based on the market analysis to balance the competitiveness. It can be managed by analyzing the economical environment of the industry and the policy improvement. BRITISH AIRWAYS analyzes the various terms and information related to competitiveness and based on this information it provides solutions to the different problems related to economical management. The system analysis provides details about the marketing scenarios and different solutions to increase the revenue of the organization to business improvement in the airline industry. The improvements in the marketing strategy can provide benefits to BRITISH AIRWAYS. All the data and information regarding the market is managed by the organization to improve their business and management that can increase the reliability of the different solutions and the travel management.
The policy implementation is the source of the management of different challenges regarding the airlines. The implementation of the old policies and improve the new policies regarding the organization's management provide BRITISH AIRWAYS to develop their business. Taking care of different individual policies based on the airline can provide balance in the industry and increase the profit margin. The increment solutions based on the different sources describe the policy management of the airline. The policies can increase the different ways to manage the business and provide solutions to the older problems based on the airlines. BRITISH AIRWAYS taking the management of the different policies regarding travel, marketing, cost analysis, and economical terms that help to provide them a reliable business development strategy. The policies provide helps the organization to create their structure regarding the business and implement various solutions based on the policies management.
The organization structure is based on the different key management structure that helps to increase the solutions based on the various terms based on the organizational management. The structure is based on the development in the business, so BRITISH AIRWAYS provides different methodologies to create a structure that helps to increase the marketing of the organization. The structure based on the organization helps to manage different problems related to the business and increase the way of solving those problems. The organizational structure of BRITISH AIRWAYS provides them a piece of information based on the market management and the different policies regarding the business strategy. The economical environment is managed by the structure of the organization based on the business development.
The issues and challenges based on business marketing can be managed by different social platforms to increase the economical growth of the organization. BRITISH AIRWAYS uses different sources or platforms for marketing their product and services that help them to manage their business growth. All the problems can be solved if the marketing is reliable that helps the BRITISH AIRWAYS to increase their revenue. The platform for the marketing provides information about the different services managed by the organization. This can help the organization for better management of the business and increase the turnover of the organization. The marketing platform helps the BRITISH AIRWAYS to manage all the safety requirements and provide the policies about the travel and the marketing of the business (Merkert & Swidan, 2019).
