To be eligible for free revisions, the changes must be coherent with the initial requirements of the customer.

Any software, application, or documents received must not be published anywhere.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any consequences of revisions requested by the customer to the usefulness of the service received will be borne by the customer only.




Refunds are made only upon receiving proof that the service received is ineffective towards the requirements of the customer as agreed to at the time of placing the order.

We will inspect the necessary evidence provided by you within 7 working days. Meanwhile you will not be allowed to publish or share the item provided by us elsewhere.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

To receive the amount in your credit card or bank account, it may take a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
